Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Motipur P.S.Case No. 191 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 210 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, is of committing dowry death to the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and moreover material has come in the case diary that there was altercation between deceased and her husband and thereafter she committed suicide.

No.39796 of 2018 (3) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S.Case No. 191 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
