====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2004-2014 in a case registered under Sections-307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-25(i-B)A, 26 & 27 of the arms Act. Allegedly, one country-made pistol and 399 live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

The investigation of this case has already been completed and except one case, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
