JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's wife objected of keeping wood and bricks in her land by the petitioner and it is alleged that the petitioner gave a farsa blow on her head. It is submitted that on petty issue both sides quarreled. There is case and counter case and the impugned order itself reveals that one simple injury was found on the head of t he informant's wife caused by hard and blunt substance not by any sharp cutting weapon and this petitioner has got clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29628 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Singh @ Jitendra Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.54 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
