Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of admitted land dispute. Both sides sustained injuries. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
