2. Keeping in view the provisions of Rule 18 of the Payment of Gratuity Central Rules, 1972, appeal would lie against the order passed by the authority under the Payment of Gratuities Act.
3. Granting the petitioners liberty to file an appeal in the aforesaid terms, these writ petitions are disposed of.
