Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.10704 of 2013 (7) dt.22-09-2016 School Examination Board as well as private respondent are present.
It appears that this matter relates to constitution of Managing Committee of the College. As has been submitted by learned counsel for private respondent that petitioners had moved this Court vide C.W.J.C. No.19426 of 2012 which was disposed on 16.10.2012 with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners.
Pursuant to the direction of this Court the Bihar School Examination Board has considered the case of the petitioners and respondent and vide order dated 6.4.2012 found that Managing Committee of the College was properly constituted by the then Intermediate Council and respondent no.6 was rightly promoted as Professor In-charge of the College. The matter has become final by the order of the Bihar School Examination Board and no one is coming forward to challenge the said order.
In this view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed. Vinay/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U
