The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 42(c) of 2016 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the Report of the Mediation Proceeding No. 19 of 2017, it appears that petitioner is ready to keep his wife/complainant and wife is also ready to live with her husband/petitioner peacefully.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29596 of 2017 (4) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 42(C) of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
