The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/25(1-AA)/26 (1) (2) of the Arms Act. From the house of the petitioner one semi manufactured pistol, 8 cartridges and other articles for manufacturing arms were recovered.

It is submitted that the aforesaid articles were not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Many persons were present in the house but after having seen the police, they, all fled away and the petitioner was apprehended. Petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2014 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

No.35285 of 2014 (7) dt.29-07-2015 Considering the facts that petitioner has remained in jail for about 1 and four months without having any criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014.
