1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.a. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order or direction, directing the respondent no.3, to stop/restrain the erection of mobile tower in Laukha, Dist- Madhubani, in a residential area and/or direct the respondent no-3, to shift the said project (erection of mobile tower) outside the residential area."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.2310 of 2016(3) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no.2 i.e. the Zonal Manager, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
