Patna High Court MJC No.3936 of 2012 (10) dt.13-05-2015 2/3 19.04.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6797 of 2011. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation and thereafter, the authority concerned were directed to examine the claim and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. Even in case of refusal, a direction was given to pass speaking order.

In this case, show cause and supplementary show cause have been filed on behalf of Opp.Party. Along with show cause a communication made by Opp.Party no.7 to the petitioner has been brought on record as Annexure-A. Learned State Counsel submits that in compliance with the order of the writ court, the representation of the petitioner was considered and a reasoned order has been passed. It has further been indicated that entire G.P.F. amount has been paid. Keeping in view the fact that entire G.P.F.

amount has been paid and a reasoned order has been passed, the Court is satisfied that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. If the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of the Opp.Party no.7 (Annexure-A to the show cause), he would be at liberty
