JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 716 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 153(A), 153(B), 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 307, 295A of IPC. Prosecution story is that on the occasion of Mahabiri Akhara, two communities have brick- batting on the procession and on information, police reached there and tried to pacify them. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43056 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. P.S. Case No. 716 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
