No. 62764 of 2021 by which the petitioners have been granted privileges of anticipatory bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that at the time of surrender, the father of the petitioner shall sworn an affidavit that the real name of the petitioner is Krishna Kumar Pandey and Shivdhari Pandey is his alias name. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 18.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62764 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner
