Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.12.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50322 of 2017, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in this application, it is allowed and the time granted by the order dated 14.12.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50322 of 2017 for surrender of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55586 of 2021(2) dt.24-06-2022 2/2 petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 7,000/- each to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs.7000+Rs.7000 = Rs.14,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
