The First Information Report arises out of Lakhnour (R.S.-OP) P.S. Case No. 268 of 2020 (G.R. No. 2042 of 2020) registered under Sections 342, 365, 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter relates to kidnapping, gang rape as well as attempt to murder by setting the lady on fire. The statement made in the First Information Report has been fully corroborated under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C statement.

Considering the grave allegation that has been levelled amongst other the petitioner herein, this Court for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56096 of 2021(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 present is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner herein which is accordingly rejected.
