2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A Seventy-seven year old man was severely assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner causing fracture. The petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2023. The petitioner is accused in five cases including another case of attempt to murder.

4. Considering the serious allegation and the injury sustained by an old man, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
