The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 for the offence registered under different sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section `10 of Protection of Children against Sexual Offence Act 2012. The informant made allegation that the petitioner took her minor daughter in tobacco field and outraged her

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement in paragraph-3 of the case diary and she disclosed that the petitioner striped her cloth but she started crying and thereafter, the petitioner flew away from the place of occurrence.
It appears that the petitioner did not touch any private parts of the minor girl. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2014 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2014, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Pocso, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014.
