The counsel for the Central Selection Board has produced a copy of fresh advertisement for appointment of SubInspector and in this advertisement, the required height for the female scheduled caste has been notified to be 155 cm. In the present case, claim has been made that male candidate of scheduled caste has been granted the relaxation in the height so the same relief should also be extended to scheduled caste female candidate. The fresh advertisement shows that the Government has considered grievance and

In such view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous.
