Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42470 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 2018, by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. case no. 301 of 2017 to the satisfaction of CJM, Aurangabad.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners could not surrender in the Court in time as all these petitioners have gone outside to earn their livelihood. They are labour and very poor person. Therefore, a prayer has been made for extension of time to surrender before the Court below. In view of such, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 12.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15257 of 2018.

The Modification Petition is, accordingly, allowed. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
