08-04-2015 At the very outset, Ms. Mallika Mazumdar, learned counsel for Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, in presence of Sri Subhash Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 2, submits that order of the writ court has already been complied with and reasoned order has already been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not true compliance of the order of the writ court, however; he makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition with an indication that if the petitioner feels aggrieved with the reasoned

Patna High Court MJC No.4248 of 2012 (7) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 order, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
