The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 38(ii) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 55499 of 2021 on 08.04.2022.
