2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations before the respondent authorities but without success.
3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh presentation along with a copy of this order within four weeks before the District Education Officer, East Champaran at Motihari (respondent no.5) and respondent no.5
Patna High Court CWJC No.10708 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter after affording proper opportunity of hearing to him.
4. It is made clear that respondent no.5 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
