2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.77 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 338 and 349 of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant is a representative of Hindustan Uniliver Company. He received an information that duplicate products of Uniliver Company are being collected by the petitioner and on this information certain products of that company was recovered. From perusal of the FIR itself, it is clear that the informant says that when he compared the same with the Hindustan Uniliver, he found that the products were fake. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the report, which the informant has stated that will be submitted by experts, has not been submitted during entire investigation. It is further submitted that there is no material to show that the seized articles were fake one. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.04.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.77 of 2025.
