1. This is an application for modification of the common order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41270 of 2015 (arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52062 of 2023(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/3 Cr. Misc. No. 27915/2016 (arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No. 332 of 2014) wherein while disposing of above mentioned cases, this Court was pleased to direct to keep the proceedings of the Biraul P.S. Case No. 216/2014 and Biraul P.S. Case No. 332/2014 in abeyance.

2. Heard the parties.

3. While passing the order dated 10.04.2023, the further proceeding of the Biraul P.S. Case No. 216/2014 has been directed to be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the Matrimonial Case No. 106/2012 at the earliest.

4. The further proceeding of Biraul P.S. Case No. 332 of 2014 was also directed to be kept in abeyance but due to typographical error, the same could not be incorporated in the order dated 10.04.2023.

5. Let the same be corrected and be incorporated in the order dated 10.04.2023 that "the further proceeding of the Court below in Biraul P.S. Case No. 332 of 2014 shall be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the petitioners case."

6. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed and the common order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41270 of 2015 (arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014) with Cr. Misc. No. 27915/2016 (arising out of
