The petitioner, who is in custody since 09.05.2022, seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 210 of 2022, dated 13.03.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. However, later Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C. were added.

The implication of the petitioner in the present case is on the basis of confession of a co-accused, who now stands bailed out by an order of this Court. Only one mobile telephone was recovered from him and he has been working as a driver with the management of a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46596 of 2022(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 school.

The petitioner does not have criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 210 of 2022. The application stands allowed.
