The petitioner is in custody in connection with Agiown (Garahari) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)/a/26 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that one country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2019.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
