The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, both sides compromised the matter and petitioner No. 1 agreed to keep his wife with dignity and took her to her matrimonial house. It is alleged that on 23.06.2021, the informant received an information that in-laws family of her daughter are planning to kill her daughter. The informant reached at the matrimonial house along with her son when it is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners abused and made assault to the informant, her daughter and son.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that after eighteen years of marriage the informant and her daughter filed series of cases against the petitioner No. 1 with baseless allegations. In pursuance to the order of Court, the petitioner No. 1 was living happily with his wife but the informant wanted her daughter to take to her parents' house, hence, on protest, both sides got lacerated injuries.
