On last date also, there was none appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Sri Ranjit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for Patna Municipal Corporation, in presence of learned State Counsel, reiterates that the order of the writ court has already been complied with.
Be that as it may, since repeatedly none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
