Apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise P.S.Case No.92 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, the petitioner has filed the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Regarding being had to the recovery of certain quantity of illicit liquor from the shop of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
