The petitioner is in custody in connection with Brhampur P.S. Case No. 688 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 12.11.2021 by the informant, Sudarshan Paswan. Earlier a report was called for vide an order dated 26.07.2023 which has since been received according to which after framing of charge, six witnesses have been examined, the matter was fixed for evidence and an undertaking has been given by the trial Court that the same will be concluded within a period of six months from the date of issuance of letter dated 29.08.2023.
