Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 192 of 2017 registered under sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 17.10.2017 (Annexure-2) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47199 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Case No. 192 of 2017.
