JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Fardbeyan disclosed the allegation that while the informant was at his brick kiln accused persons, including the petitioner came and one son-in-law of Binod Paswan fired and Binod Paswan threw bomb. Thereafter accused persons, including the petitioner made indiscriminate firing. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to enmity he has falsely been implicated and main allegation is against Binod Paswan and his son-in-law. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43493 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
