JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons killed the daughter of informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner and husband of the deceased is in custody. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 27.04.2021 and charge sheet has already been submitted in

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur PS case No. 211/2021.
