Patna High Court CWJC No.15399 of 2012 (4) dt.30-01-2016 2/3 30-01-2016 These two writ applications have been filed by the widow of Late Shree Niwas Ojha who retired on 31.12.1978 as Assistant Teacher from Hari Narayan High School, Sahpur in the district of Bhojpur.

In C.W.J.C. No. 15399/2012 the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents for revision of pension/family pension from 1.4.1981 to 1.1.2006 with statutory interest and Dearness Allowance. The petitioner further seeks a direction for payment of arrears with interest.

In CWJC no. 10588/2013, the petitioner seeks a direction for payment of Dearness allowance and revised pension as well as payment of arrears with interest.

Learned counsel for the Punjab National Bank from which the petitioner is drawing pensionary benefits states that the revised pension is being paid to the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, these writ applications are disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Bhojpur, the office of Accountant General and the Punjab National Bank to coordinate with each other and to ensure that if the pension is not being paid in the revised scale, the same be forthwith corrected and the arrears should be paid within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.15399 of 2012 (4) dt.30-01-2016 3/3 order. The petitioner at her end can also file representation in support of her contention that she would be entitled to enhanced pension/family pension and Dearness Allowance, arrears etc. with interest.
