JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 30-07-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceeding. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. In pursuance to the order dated 26.05.2021, status report of trial in connection with S.T. No. 130 of 2019 arising out of N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 has been received and kept at Flag-R, in which it is stated that aforesaid Sessions Trial has already been concluded on 07.06.2021 and judgment of acquittal has been delivered on that day. Thereafter, accused Subodh Ram has been released from District Jail, Samastipur. Considering the facts aforesaid, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
