The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Vaishali P.S. Case No.119 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273, 467, 471, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 32, 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the barren land of Harihar Ray. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
