JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Despite indulgence by order 21.01.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any affidavit. Learned counsel representing the opposite parties, however, on previous occasion and today reiterated that direction of the Writ Court was complied with before filing of the present application for initiating contempt. Since there is no affidavit on behalf of the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 21.01.2019 controverting the position, the Court has to accept the statement made on behalf of the opposite parties as true. In that view of the matter, the present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of.
