The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 379 of 2021 under sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Pursuant to the last order passed by a coordinate bench of this Court, the complainant has appeared through her Lawyer.

Considering the aforesaid fact as also that the petitioner do not have any criminal antecedent and will be ultimately facing the trial, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Complaint Case No. 379 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
