Heard Mr. Apurva Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and M.S. Pushpa Sinha, learned counsel for the State. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 19/14 dated 27.01.2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. A report had been called for from the court below about the stage of the case on 28.03.2018. The report indicates that in this case charges

have been framed and at the time of sending the report the case was pending for cross examination of the witnesses This petition, therefore, has become infructuous. This petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Sunil/- U T .
