This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and 467, 468, 420, 294 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. From a dust-bin of a hotel, 10 grams of ganja was recovered. The petitioner is son of the owner of the hotel. The aforesaid is the only material against the petitioner. Considering the fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
