Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 379, 427/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a student and has been falsely implicated in this case as he was a by stander and there was some commotion in the office of the opposite parties regarding the electric supply being disrupted for the past 15 days. The petitioner has no past criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
