Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 379, 427/34 of Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a student and has been falsely implicated in this case as he was a by stander and there was some commotion in the office of the opposite parties regarding the electric supply being disrupted for the past 15 days. The petitioner has no past criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be

No.32239 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Siwan in Pachrukhi Police Station Case No 76 of 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
