The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021 registered under Sections 366(A)/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Nitesh Kumar. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
