2. This application has been filed asserting the noncompliance of the order dated 04.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11135 of 2012, whereunder the said writ application filed on
Patna High Court MJC No.6364 of 2012 dt.20-04-2015 2/3 behalf of the petitioner was disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider her for appropriate and suitable adjustment in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order. The manner in which the period of break has to be treated shall also be approximately considered and dealt with by the respondents.
3. Learned AC to AAG-VI, appearing on behalf of the State, submits that in compliance of the order dated 04.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11135 of 2012, which is under contempt, the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the concerned opposite party(s) on the ground of communication made by the Panchayat Secretary/Mukhiya of the concerned Gram Panchayat vide letter no.02 dated 16.03.2015 (Annexure-'A'
to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.4 and 8) that out of the 45 seats approved for appointment of Panchayat Teacher under Gram Panchayat Raj Chilhania, Block Teharagawan in the district of Kishanganj in teacher appointment in the year 2006, 47 teachers were appointed by the Ex-Panchayat Secretary and ExMukhiya and that they have got higher than marks to the petitioner and two others.
4. Since in compliance of the order dated 04.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11135 of 2012, which is under contempt, the
Patna High Court MJC No.6364 of 2012 dt.20-04-2015 3/3 representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by the concerned opposite party(s) I find no reason to proceed with this application any further. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, she may take recourse in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
