JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chautham P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section-379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that accused persons including the petitioners used to instigate the labourers engaged in MANREGA and used to abuse and assault the office staff. It is further alleged that on 02-03-2017, while a meeting of office staff was going on, the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the computer operator and rozgar sevak and tore away the government papers and took away data card and pan card. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32500 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 2/3 have falsely been implicated in this case. They have clean antecedent. It is further submitted that they made demand of the due wages and due to the aforesaid demand, the present case has been lodged against the petitioners and others. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed it is ordered that the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.
45 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria subject to condition as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
