The petitioner seeks bail in Khanpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 130 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The house in question is in joint possession of family. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
