Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1328 of 2019 with condition to surrender within a period of six weeks.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact there was mistake in number of the case as it has been typed as Cr. Misc. No.1328 of 2018 and as such in confusion he could not surrender and corrected order has been sent to the court after three weeks. In view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, further two weeks time from the date of receipt of the order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender and rest of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42332 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 order shall remain intact.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
