2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 197 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 186, 291, 506, 353 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49512 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners are they have created road jam in protest to the officials of electricity department when they visited at their village for installation of transformer and wire.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP has submitted that it is a case of 2017 and the petitioners remained absconding during the investigation and due to act of the petitioners the trial lingered.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chhapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 197 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C with further condition that all the petitioners shall appear before the learned court below on each and every date till framing of the charge.
