2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aunsi P. S. Case No. 41/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 324(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of brother of the informant with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.04.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -1, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Aunsi P. S. Case No. 41 of 2024.
