The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is evident from the first information report that the informant and the petitioner are full brothers and that there is land dispute between them. It is in this background that the occurrence had allegedly taken place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the injury has been found is simple in nature. Considering the above submissions, this application is allowed.

The petitioner, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44821 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Vaishali (Belsur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
