Learned counsel for the respondents pointed out that the petitioner had earlier approached with the same relief and it was decided on 19.12.2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 25500 of 2019, therefore, the second petition is not maintainable. After noticing the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
