Counsel for the petitioner himself admitted execution of order as the order of removal has been made but submits not to his satisfaction. He further submits, again encroachment has further been made. He suggests to avoid any further encroachment, there should be either pillar or fencing.
This Court cannot give any order for fencing or putting a pillar on the road.
The Court is of the view, if again encroachment has been made, he will have liberty to bring to notice to the Officer Incharge and the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, they will take action in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
